A full renovation and top floor addition of a villa in of Grey Lynn. This included new bathrooms, kitchen, lounge, master suite and office. Extensive exterior rebuild carried out and maintenance, all in keeping with the original character of the property.

New double glazed PVC joinery installed and 40% of the cladding replaced under maintenance. Membrane deck rebuild with a new vitex floating deck over.

Extension and renovation to a house in Western Springs. This included a renovated kitchen and dining space, a renovated bathroom, a new deck and a new extension to add a bedroom and extend the lounge.

Maintenance
Pre-paint maintenance carried out to a villa in Mt Eden, this included the rebuilding of rotten stairs, new finnial to the front of the garage to tie in with the character of the house and general rot removal and timber replacement.
